Already have a thread for Dempsey to AC Milan and Bob Bradley to Fulham. Here are some other tid-bits I've found around.

Jozy Altidore is wanted. Villarreal sources have indicated that they will either keep, loan, or sell Altidore, which is great specific information. Meanwhile, there are suitors all over Europe, and I quote:

My thoughts on a move back to England are readily available here, but to repeat, its not a good place for him to develop into anything more than Emile Heskey, which would essentially be an end to his development today. I'd like Ajax or Espanyol if Villarreal is going to sell him.

While Altidore could be making moves on the pitch, Carlos Bocanegra appears to have been making moves in the hearts, minds, and underpants of the fashion world. According to a New York Times article, the photo below may move Carlos Bocanegra into the fashion/advertising world...but it also calls the 31-year-old US Captain a "young soccer star." For the record, the photo below might also indicate why Clinton is probably the coolest dude to ever work in the White House of all time as he spent the match with Mick Jagger and then went to the locker room for a beer summit with the captain. Think Ulysses S. Grant ever did such a thing? I doubt it.

Ives is reporting that Blackpool are looking at Michael Bradley. The move could be cost prohibitive, but Ives adds that this would be a prime time for Gladbach to cash in on Bradley after his World Cup performance.

I'd hope that Bradley could attract a move up if he's going to leave Gladbach. Blackpool would be a considerable drop off as anything short of Wayne Rooney would probably land them back in the Championship. Meaningful matches in Germany's regulation battle would be better for Bradley than playing out the string with a team that will be all but eliminated by February.

And I still don't think England is a good place for a developing player.

I want to see Donovan, Bradley, and Altidore makes moves to Europe. I think it would be a great bit of experience for them.

That would be a great move for Bradley but I'm not sure how much cash Gladbach can expect from a newly promoted club. I don't even know how much players go for in the MLS. I would rate Bradley at around $12m, though.

It would be great for him to get a years experience in the Premier League. If Blackpool stay up (which is highly doubtful), the better.

I can't agree with this, but what else would you expect? I agree that the Premier League is the wrong place for a skill-based attacking player to develop (IE: Altidore, Dos Santos, Jo, Walcott) but I think it is the perfect league for a defensive player. I would definitely label Bradley as a more defensive-minded player and he has a great physical presence which will be great in England.

The Turkish team going after Altidore could be Besiktas, according to Spanish and Turkish reports.

The Altidore to Besiktas move is looking more likely, while Galatasaray are reportedly talking with Gladbach about Michael Bradley. Not really good for those of us in the States who want to watch our guys play over there, but good news for both players as those teams are among the tops in Turkey and will likely feature in Champions or Europa League.

Anton Peterlin, who went from "oh you mean the Slovenian physicist?" to "oh...the Slovenian physicist's grandson?" when he signed for Everton out of college last season has be released and signed with Plymouth Argyle. He was on trial with The Pilgrims and did enough to earn a contract.

    Lots here.

Altidore has interest from Besiktas, Fenerbahce, and Ajax, in addition to "two Premier League Clubs." I like Ajax and Ajax are running out of options for forward transfers. Their Mido move seems to have hit the skids a bit and other targets aren't coming through. Altidore and Suarez together up top would be fun to watch and the Dutch league is great for developing players.

Also news on Dempsey, with interest from "fairly large clubs" in France, Germany, and Italy, as well as another Premier League side. If he's moving, I'd like to see him move out of England and into a less physical league where he can show his skills more as he seems to have lost some of that flair since moving to Fulham.

Various clubs have ask Milan about taking Onyewu on loan. I remember one comment about Celtic looking at Onyewu if a move for Sol Campbell falls through, which it has. As much as I'd like an American at Milan, I'd prefer to see my countrymen playing and I'm not sure if Onyewu will get time with Milan as they have brought in four defenders this off-season.

Also, Beasley (out of contract), Feilhaber (Aarhus), and Goodson (Start) are getting interest and listening to offers.

As for someone who, as of yet, is not American but is working towards citizenship and expressed an interest in playing for the US, Red Bulls' Macoumba Kandji apparently has drawn looks from Manchester City and Tottenham. The 6'4" winger/forward has considerable skills, but hasn't really set the MLS ablaze like other players have before moving on, so I'm not really sure where the interest came from. Kandji can represent Senegal where he was born and The Gambia where he was raised before moving to Georgia as a teen.

If I were Altidore, I would definitely choose Ajax as they have a great league and some good youngsters climbing the ranks. One of the best youth systems in the world.

Dempsey should move to Italy as I think the pace of the game their would benefit his style-of-play.

Celtic are definitely still looking for a centreback and have shown interest in quite a few. There is probably a lot of truth in it.

I forgot to mention that Onyewu doesn't want to go. I know it would be a lot of upheaval for him, but playing is more important than the prestige of Milan. And Celtic isn't like being at Vitese Arnheim or some huge step down like that. He'd be playing in Europe for sure.

Freddy Adu failed a try-out with Swiss side Sion. No clue what's next for him. An MLS move would be a pretty solid idea, but I have a feeling he thinks too highly of himself to do that.

They're two weeks in to the start of their season, they have a former Colombian international playing his position, and I have a feeling he still walks into places thinking that he's the next Pele and everyone will just roll over and give him what he wants because of the the upbringing he got in American soccer. There are still enough Freddy Adu fanboys out there to praise him like he would have single-handedly won us the World Cup, so I wouldn't be surprised to see he still has an inflated sense of self.

Long article from Yanks Abroad about Jozy Altidore. He's hoping to catch on with Villarreal. The current manager was running the b-side when Altidore arrived and impressed in the half season he spent before being loaned out to Xerez. It appears that money could be a big factor in this move as Villarreal are having some financial issues and could use the help of a few sales.

Maurice Edu is in the States as the US takes on Brazil and he was joined on the trip over by Rangers assistant/legend Ally McCoist, who is scouting Benny Feilhaber and Alejandro Bedoya. Rangers are currently down to 18 players and just four midfielders, so there is a significant need for some reinforcements. Bedoya could replace the speed and American-ness of DaMarcus Beasley, while Feilhaber could move into a starting role next to Maurice Edu, who appears to be thought of very highly in Glasgow, as scoring a winner against Celtic will do.

Bedoya is with Swedish side Orebro and has become a regular in the first XI in the middle of a 4-3-3. He came up through the ranks as a winger and can play on both sides. Feilhaber is with Aarhus, but all indicators point to him being on the outs with the Danish side.

Rumors from World Soccer Reader about the Galaxy move are being picked up all over the soccer media. That's about it.
