The challenges and opposition by the FTC over the Kroger/Albertson's merger will be removed or watered down. This merger will happen and people especially in the PNW will see some of the highest costs of groceries in the country after Hawaii and Alaska.

 

The US Post Office and all of their assets will be put up for sale.

 

I've never wanted you to be more wrong, but since people were too fucking stupid to not know that'd happen, I'm afraid you're gonna be right.

Opinion: hate crimes will skyrocket because people elected a racist, bigoted, and misogynistic asshole.

Opinion: the racist, bigoted, misogynistic asshole (he doesn't have a last name anymore) will use the immunity given to him by the Supreme Court to do crimes in all 4 years of his presidency.

Opinion: he will try (most likely not succeed) in killing voting to install himself as a dictator

I will expand on this even further.

Because of the expanded voting laws, over 30% of US citizens will lose their voting rights by the next presidential election. This will be done by the requirement to provide a "valid ID." There will be a new federal verification requirement of all new or renewed state driver's licenses and IDs. There will be an additional fee charged by the federal government for this added security benefit. I'm guessing it will be around $200 added to the current fees charged by states to people getting or renewing their ID. Also, things like unpaid child support, unpaid taxes, unpaid tickets, unpaid criminal restitution, and unpaid federal student loans will be grounds for your license to become invalid or not to be issued at all.

This will directly result in an alarming amount of the oldest and poorest US citizens no longer being allowed to vote.

 

I predict there will be no more federal hate crimes. People will only be prosecuted on their actions and not their motivation(s) for their actions. This will be declared a good thing.

 

The Trump administration will allow and encourage states to round up, transport, and dump illegal immigrants on select sanctuary cities, like NY, LA, San Fran, Seattle, and Portland.

 

Trump will gift Ukraine to Putin or alternatively Putin will agree with Trump to stay out of Ukraine until he leaves office.

Trump will threatened to leave NATO and extort European countries out of large quantities of money. Some won't comply.

Trump will dismantle the education system and put some abomination in it's place.

• Schools will no longer get federal funding or if they do it will based on loyalty to Trump's new rules
• They will force people to pay on their student loans with threats of criminal conviction if they don't.
• Bibles will be federally required for all school systems. The separation of church and school will be gone.
• Teachers will be graded by tough merits, with many probably fired for not meeting certain expectations or for not going along with new ways. Many will quit.

There will attempts at mass deportation and exportation of immigrants to blue states/cities

There will be a national ban on abortions

It will be illegal to be LGBTQ

Trump's massive tarrifs will drive companies to manufacturer in countries not affected by the tarrifs. His tarrifs along with his massive deportation of migrant farmworkers will lead to the largest levels of inflation yet seen.

Trump will repeal Obamacare and replace it with a far worse version that covers almost nothing, allows the insurance companies to deny massive amounts of claims, and pharmaceutical companies to dramatically raise prices on prescription drugs.

He will put in place federal standards for elections that end mail in voting, and further supress and disenfranchise poor voters and voters of color.

Trump will place several more judges on the SC court to cement a majority. He may even with the help of the Congress and Senate try to force out liberal SC justices to replace them.

He will replace multitudes of people in federal positions with loyalists

Trump and his supporters in the government will put forth bills/enact laws to punish or censor the media.

Trump will go after those who tried to bring him to justice. They will lose their jobs and or be charged or jailed using vague reasonings.

Trump will try to have the constitution changed to stay in power and for other purposes. He may succeed.

Project 2025 will be instituted and found lawful by the supremacist court.

Everyone, even his loyal Maga followers will get screwed.

This is not a fun game.

 

This is practically a given since 72 million people decided to elect a bigot.

 

The education one is damning and will happen.

None of this is going to end well.

It's going to get WAY worse before it gets better.

And 72 million of them wanted this. Fuck them.
