Unless you're in a very large league I'd start getting concerned about improving at PG and SF (whichever forward spot you've got Bosh in)...and get a reliable 6th man.

it's a pretty decent team. I think you got blocks and rebounds covered pretty well. I would be concerned with assists. KG is going to carry you in FG % and so will Oneal but look to improve on your point guard position. Arroyo is a good find, just too inconsistent. I would look to trade Carter right now while he has some value. the fool is not a good fit for your team with FG %. He does get you pts up the wazhooo but look to your team's strengths. Don't trade O'neal or Garnett for anyone less than Kobe, Shaq, T-Mac, or Steve Nash. In fact, if you can, go for Steve Nash with Carter. And pick up some decent 6 men from the bin. there's always a ton if your league is kinda small.
I Don't think I'll be trading Vince anytime soon scince he's my favourite player but thanks for the advice on Carlos Arroyo and Lonny. I'll try to make a trade in the future.
I'd love to get these players for my team....Madsen, Malik Rose, Ginobli, Crawford, Wade, Garnett, Spree, Baron Davis(In place of Cassell). Jason Kidd or Duncan would be nice to have too....
