Boston's coach will win COY, I think Stotts deserves it but Stevens gets more east coast/NY press.

Brad Stevens is a hell of a coach, really can't go wrong with either. I just hope Kerr or Pop don't get it.

I would put CJ ahead of Harden and DeRozen for All NBA.

Let's see which team has a better record by the end of the year.

Pretty sure Kerr is a lock for coy, especially if the Warriors break the record.

They got half their wins without him.

Luke Walton isn't eligible to win the award, it would go to Steve Kerr. I think the NBA is going to reward the Warriors for their record.

After Friday, 10 of the Blazers next 13 games will be at 8pm EST or earlier, including at Boston on 3/2. Stotts will have plenty of opportunity to campaign for the COY. Of course, unlike Stevens, he'll have to do it on the road.

Good list OP. Agree with many but have a few disagreements. Harden shouldn't be anywhere near an All-NBA team. He's the reason their locker room is broken and their defense is horrific. I think the Warriors fall just short of the Bulls 72 wins at the end of the season; but if they break that I give Kerr the COY even though Stotts has a legit argument. The awards should change positions to the allstar game guard/frontcourt. Cousins doesn't deserve 1st team but there's no better center options.

Crawford is really hot or cold; has many bad games, poor percentages and terrible defense. Kanter ranks higher overall than Crawford but is even worse on defense. Will Barton is having a hell of a year off the bench; possibly the Nuggets best all round player. Still not sure how he fits long term on a contending team but he's been much better than Crawford.

If Dame gets any All-NBA team he'll get something like $6 million extra on his contract which will be great for him. It will take away some of our cap room going forward. Its about the equivalent of 3 more Anderson Varejao acquisitions. The way he's playing he most definitely deserves consideration and I won't be mad if he gets it. If he falls short it will be a silver lining we keep a bit more cap room.

    MVP: Steph Curry
    DPOY: Kawhi Leonard
    ROY: Karl-Anthony Towns
    6thMOY: Will Barton
    MIP: CJ McCollum
    COY: Terry Stotts
    EOY: Neil Olshey

    All-NBA 1st team:

    Steph Curry
    Chris Paul
    LeBron James
    Kevin Durant
    DeMarcus Cousins

    All-NBA 2nd team:

    Damian Lillard
    Russell Westbrook
    Kawhi Leonard
    Paul George
    Andre Drummond

    All-NBA 3rd team:

    Kyle Lowry
    Klay Thompson
    Draymond Green
    Anthony Davis
    DeAndre Jordan

I almost picked Barton for 6th man but Denver just isn't that good. Usually 6th man goes to a player on a good team. So, Crawford has been killing it this month outside of the last game the Clippers played.

Chris Paul over Russell Westbrook though? Care to elaborate?

Dame needs to get on 2nd or 3rd team All NBA -- that's all I'm looking at now.

I'm not going to prognosticate, but I will say that I am very happy that we have extremely viable candidates for COY, EOY, MIP, All NBA. The actual voting is politics.

This is Westbrooks best season; but he still has problems of not getting the ball to teammates, forcing bad shots, gambling for steals. CP3 turns guys like DeAndre into All-NBA players. He has elite defense, can score great but only scores as needed. Without CP3 that team is in the lottery. Without Westbrook the Thunder are the 4 seed.

I wrote my awards what I think should happen not necessarily what will so that's why I have Barton there. Think voters might be sick of voting for Crawford though; voters tend to give the award to new recepiants.

If the Blazers get the fifth spot in the playoffs seeding and get to the second round, and Stotts doesn't get the COY award.... then it would just be a crock.
In order to for Dame to win the MP, the Blazers would have to at least get the the WCF. It would have to be unanimous.

I'd probably wait until post season to hand out post season awards but Stotts and Olshey should get noticed
