    That's scary, if it's "record" flooding presumed. I-5 there at Exit 76 gets flooded every few years (foot or two of water over the freeway) or so. They've been doing construction along that stretch to shore it up, but the last time I came down (early DEC) it wasn't done yet.

    I-5 just shut down BOTH directions - between Toledo, WA and Rochester, WA.
    That's a rather long stretch. Not sure if that's happened before. That distance, that is.
