TBH, unless something catastrophic happens I don't see him ever leaving. I was a perfect match from the beginning- and I think Ed Davis (barring an offer he or NO can't refuse) finishes here as well. And I'm totally cool with that.

Thanks. You have some interesting stats in these podcasts. I'm sure its difficult to explain some of these points to a range of listening audiences in an audio format. I would suggest you have fewer examples and fewer points but explain them a few times, repeat the more interesting ones, slow the pace down and the number of stats you bring up. Its kind of hard to take it all in when your driving in a car or whatever many people are also doing while listening. Perhaps add some brief stories or personal experiences in the middle. Thats probably much more difficult to put together than for me to sit here and critique. I know Casey Holdahl and Joe Freeman got way better at their podcasts as time has gone on; it was almost unbearable at first now its great. So you'll get better with practice and experience over time. Good luck and thanks again for doing these.

I'll take a look and see what I can do. I really appreciate the feedback and I'll see if there are some things I can work in there to make it a little more bearable ;-)
