ehhhh Packers in last. I don't know about that. We've been competitive in every game. Houston's been blown out most of the time. But hey whatever they are the "experts"

These power rankings are too volatile week-to-week. One week's performance shouldn't have a huge effect on their ranking.

Case in point, look at Dallas's rankings over the season. First of all, I don't think they are the 8th best team in football, but that's beside the point. At one time, they were #6. The game following that ranking, they blew their lead against the Seahawks and gave Seattle a gift of a win. I didn't agree with the #6, but barely losing to the #1 offense in the league after controlling the game that long didn't warrant a drop clear down to #12.

Same for the Giants, they beat the Broncos and move up 10 places in one week (after finishing a 4 game stretch at only 2-2)?

I'm surprised Tampa Bay didn't drop from #2 to #25 for losing to San Fran.

    I agree.

Personally I never paid much attention to Power Rankings due to the fact that I think overall they're just BS. On the other hand, I'm still glad to see the Falcons sitting at #2. [IMG]

Maybe thats an idea for the admin to look into sometime in the future ....develop a way for members to vote into the nfl forums power rankings each week.

He's always saying he doesn't have enough to do already. [IMG] [IMG]
