The Orlando Predators (2-0) came out with a strong performance at the Amway Center in their home-opener, defeating the visiting Utah Blaze (2-1) 68-53. Nick Hill and the Orlando offense had no problem finding the end zone, finishing with 356 total yards of offense. Hill completed 24 of 36 passes for 331 yards and eight touchdowns. Receivers T.T. Toliver and Robert Quiroga proved to be Hill's favorite targets as they each tallied three touchdowns and a combined 228 yards and 16 receptions. Bobby Sippio also contributed with two touchdowns of his own and 106 total yards. The Utah offense was no match for Rayshaun Kizer and the Predators defense, as they turned the ball over four times. Kizer stood out with nine tackles and three interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown, naming him the Nifty Playmaker of the game. Utah's Tommy Grady completed 31 of 49 passes for 318 yards and eight touchdowns. Aaron Boone led the receivers with 91 yards and six touchdowns. The Predators will travel to Arizona on April 2 to take on the Rattlers. The game will be broadcasted live on both Nifty Online TV and 740 A.M.
