Well Bosh certainly looks like quite the player! I'm happy that he's who we ended up with the kid seems like a class act.
If Lebron averages in the season like he is during the pre-season 10,5 and 4..then I would consider that impressive rookie year for a guy straight from high school...Showing how good an all-round player he is..Although I reckon the points will go up as the year goes on to about 15 a game 15,5 and 4..not too bad there.
Bosh is doing a lot better than what I was thinking he could do. But, than again, it is just preseason. We don't know how good any of these players truly are until they go against the real competition. But, so far, I think Melo has far and away impressed me the most. Just that ability to score and do pretty good on the boards. Not to mention he's got a great shooting percentage for a SF. Assists seem to be the only thing that he's having trouble getting right now. But, those should come here soon....
great stuff from Bosh !! I'm extremly happy that we picked him ... !! I think Rookie Of The Year is one of three : Bosh, Melo, or Wade ! and watch out for Barbosa and Banks... they got game Where the hell is Darko ?? the guy got picked second overall ... how can u pick him over carmello ... Is Dumars in his mind ??
^I guess some people still don't understand that Darko was not drafted to be a quick fix like Melo in Denver....Brown and Dumars want to bring him along slowly....So clearly Darko wouldn't be a stand-out rookie this year...It's not like the Pistons were a lottery team last season and drafted Darko to take them into the playoffs.... No one will know if Dumars made a mistake by drafting Darko instead of Melo for at least another 5 years...
The fact that Darko is way more of a project than Bosh is the main reason why he isn't up there with the other rookies...they are even bringing him along slowly during hte pre-season...

I know Bosh is a year older but hes smaller. Darko played in the pros.
What have you been reading? Darko is clearly more of a project than Bosh. Darko has a whole culture to try to adapt to and a whole 'nother type of game to try and play. Bosh is used to the American system, whereas Darko isn't.

But Im nto sure who said that because I just laughed when I did. I still think the Pistons should of Taken Melo.
Bosh has played a good year in college....Darko as Sunsfan said has to get used to the American lifestyle....He is clearly a project at this stage.....As for the Larry Brown wanting Melo part...that is actually incorrect...

So i guess its wrong.
It must be When reporters asked Brown about it...He laughed and he said "we wanted Darko all along" or something like that....

I can't buy it</div> Who said he would? Where in this thread was that said? All I said was "No one will know if Dumars made a mistake by drafting Darko instead of Melo for at least another 5 years..."
