    Prince Fielder and Miguel Cabrera used singles instead of home runs to help top the Kansas City Royals.

    Fielder drove in Cabrera twice with two-out hits, Max Scherzer got his first win of the season and the Detroit Tigers beat the Royals 4-3 on Wednesday night.
