Thomas Gilbert Jr., 30, was arrested shortly after his multimillionaire hedgefund father, Thomas Gilbert Sr., 70, was found shot to death in his Manhattan bedroom. Police said the younger Mr. Gilbert was taken into custody after an hours-long standoff at his luxury Chelsea home, the Daily Mail reported. Fox News reported that authorities had to kick down the door to his home and push through barricades to reach him.
