The guy's averaging 12/9 on 60% shooting after 3 games with almost 2 blocks/game. I think he's too slight of build to really stand up to a many of the C's and PFs playing C these days, but he's putting up the kind of numbers that make giving away (and up on) Tyson Chandler look like a good move in hindsight.

My highest expectation for him was to be something of an energy player as sub at PF and C, which still might be the ideal role for him. For lack of anyone else to play the position, he's doing fine as the starter.

If the season ended today, he'd be our 2nd leading scorer behind Deng's 15.7 PPG.

We didn't give up on Chandler to get Noah. But yeah, I think Noah's cementing himself as a high quality starting big man. One of the things to be happy about on this team.

Noah is looking like he's becoming an effective center.

Looking good at tapping the ball in close to the hoop. The extra muscle he put on is helping him.

Anytime you can get an effective NBA center its a win. I love the Bulls Noah / Miller combo at the position.

    Too bad the guards suck.

They got rid of Tyson to sign Wallace.... They got Noah to replace Wallace, which looks like a fantastic move in hindsight.

If we kept Chandler, he'd be the guy starting at C.
