About a month ago Sony did a password update on the PS4. The problem is my account is tied to a frontier Email I no longer have access to. I haven't used the email in quite some time so I suspect it got wiped out. My question is, If I were to create a new PSN account what I loose other than trophies and friends on the account? Has anyone else had this problem?
Maybe this is a sign from above that you should try and become a real human being. Try talking to a female that isn't battery operated or inflatable for the first time. Look another person in the eyes when talking to them. Leave the D&D headquarters! #HeadUpstairsFAMS
I forget to mention I have called Sony twice and they can't help. I have not used a credit card to purchase over my PS4 and I can't remember any other email that I would have ties to that account. I don't have my PS3 anymore and there's no way for me to get a serial number from the PS3. Also a few months ago I purchased a new year of PS+ subscription. I'm wondering if I would loose that creating a new account?
If they don't have any way of verifying it's you, IE credit card or email address, you might lose the account and anything you have still on it.
So I would loose my game saves and the subscription? I'm not too concerned with the trophies and friends list. I can add the important ones again. I only play occasionally.
