    And why is Kraft telling this story now?

    I don't give a shit about his ring. He is a privileged rich dude, who thought it was cute to cozy up to and meet Putin, who the entire world already knew was a scumbag, who is very mean, and very dirty.

    He wanted to meet the scumbag. He met him. Now shut the fuck up already.

    If Kraft wanted to be a good citizen and help the world out, he would have publicly refused to meet Putin and stated his reasons for ostracizing him (human rights violations, massive corruption in Russia, government murder of political opponents and journalists, etc.).

    But, he didn't. And he lost his ring. Bo ho.

    Kraft is embarrassed. The full story is that Putin beat him up and took $50,000 in cash from his pocket, then noticed the ring.

    Notice how Bush covered for Putin? Putin knows about all those no-bid contracts, like Halliburton. Same thing as a holdup.

    Bush was scared shitless of Putin, probably still is, and cow-towed to him for 8 years. He enabled Russia's recovery and return to superpower status.

    Completely wrong. Obama is scared shitless of Putin, though, and Russia right now is backing Assad in Syria, and basically calling out Obama for backing the Al Qeada "rebels".

    What will Barry do? My guess is nothing.
