I would check out FA before starting either personally. And all 3 of those QBs are playing real well, id start Carson Palmer personally.
I'd start Bulger over Palmer. Bulger has been the third best QB this year after Manning & McNabb and Seattle's pass defense in bottom 10.Berrian & Horn are both hurt. I'd check FA before starting either.
