Well I was wondering if anybody else noticed how BAD the Duck game looked on Saturday on CSN. The TV truck that was used was an HD truck that is used in this region all the time and the signal leaving the truck was a digital signal. So there was no excuse for the signal to look that bad other then to lay the blame on CSN itself. The signal leaving is as high a quality as the one leaving the trucks from the blazer broadcasts. In my opinion and that of others in the industry is that the problem is CSN, not the Blazers. I know I have a little bit of a biased opinion, but it is what it is.
I know I've seen several people say that the CSNW broadcasts of Blazers games look bad, but I can't speak to that personally. I can, however, say that the KGW game broadcasts we get down here look tuuuuuurrrrible....
I don't remember the Blazers games being that much worse in previous years on League Pass than the others teams... so I'd bet it's CSNW, as well. Ed O.
