I know it's still very early into the season and I'm not a very big Knicks fan, but does anyone else notice how effective Quentin Richardson is playing?

At first I thought it was a fluke, but he's practically played well for almost all of the 7 games.

He has played 7 games and his averages are 19.1 ppg, 7 rpg and 2.4 apg. He's also shooting the ball extremely effectively for the first time in a very, very, long time.

Q really looks like he's finally living up to the contract that he's gotten a few years ago. Well, at least for now anyway. I really hope he can continue playing like this throughout the entire season.

I'm actually surprized. I expected Q to continue to struggle with the knicks. I didn't expect that even for a 7 game stretch he would be playing that way.

Wow he has shot 54% FG, and 43.5% from the 3pt line.

If anyone has seen some of the games (MrJ?), has his perimeter defense been better than last year too?

The thing that amazed me about him was his statline yesterday. He only shot one three. Maybe that's a sign that he's going back to the way he played when he was at DePaul or with the Clipps. The man has a great post game, he just hasn't used it since being with the Suns.
