Similar to Mark Madsen or Edujardo Najera? Letting Jim Jackson go was one of the franchises major screw ups in recent years.

Honestly, I could not care less what any sports psychologists think about anything. I think Webber needs to prove himself this year and if he doesnt, his career could be over. As far as changing, I think in reality the situation is kind of lending itself to him making these statements and using the tough talk. as far as the hustle player, bibby, jackson and christie would be the hustle guys on this team, primarily Christie and Jackson though.
