I know a lot of you hate Quick but I always enjoyed his coverage of the Blazers. Hopefully the Oregonian will bring in someone good instead of taking the opportunity to scale down their Blazer coverage to just Freeman.
Also he would be fascinating to do a meet and greet with, I bet he has some amazing Blazer stories that he was never allowed to print.
yeah, if it ends with him being saran wrapped naked to a light pole outside Spartacus Leather. Come on, that dude basically made mountains out of mole hills just to bag on the hometeam. He probably pissed off a good number of our players personally and drove them out. He was Damon Stoudamire's personal mouthpiece for the media.
I'm glad. Never liked him. He reminds me of what I like least about journalists--if you don't have a story then you make a story.
