Too many guys dribbling the air out of the ball and chucking early in the shot clock....players or coaches lose games....in this case I think it's lack of execution and rookie coaching.
Of the options presented, I guess I have to vote GM. I really feel like Winslow going down to all the air out of our sails last year. His impact on the squad was (IMO) highly underrated.
If we have to put blame to one entity, then I don't know how ownership isn't the correct answer. At the end of the day, they're responsible for hiring/firing the GM/Coach who are responsible for the output of the players. Ownership held on to a bad GM for way too long and then failed to conduct a real interview process for the next GM.
I put more of the long term direction on ownership so thats how I voted. But short term if looking at just 1 or 2 seasons its really a GM who is more in control. I'd say we got to that 1-2 year period over a poor long term vision starting with Paul Allen passing to now. Players or coach are ridiculous to vote for as this roster has been a joke.
I would like to add Players and coach cause I think it was a team effort and Jody going to be honest not sure how she fits into it cause it might be the biggest mystery of this all. I wish she would come out with her own statement not something created for her by vulcan etc. and her silence has not helped things at all.
