    If things go according to plan, Rashad Evans defeats Lyoto Machida later this month at UFC 98, setting up a grudge match (of sorts) against Quinton Jackson, who he's had some heat with. Well what better way to build up that fight than to have them coach opposite each other on the next season of The Ultimate Fighter?

    But the other scenario works as well. In one corner you have bombastic Quinton Jackson, in the other the quiet, serious Lyoto Machida. TUF could be a good vehicle to introduce the (new) champion to the "mainstream/casual" audience, as it was for Big Nog.

    Jackson has earned his title shot and is waiting regardless.

    I'd rather not wait that long to see the matchup, but they are running out of plausible coaches aren't they?

    the next option is to either have 'retired' guys or near retired guys like Chuck and Randy again or well Tito is most likely a no, Ken is a 'BWA-HA-HA, NO!'
    Royce perhaps??

    ugh they may have to change the coaching format entirely too.

    I'd have issues with that. I wouldn't watch. I could never root for one or the other team.

    Former UFC fighter and Team Jackson training partner/nut slapper Tiki Ghosen is telling people he's Rampage's striking coach on the next season of The Ultimate Fighter, so it sounds like this rumour has legs.
