This kid needs to get playing time and chances to start. I mean, though only 5 games, he averages 13.2 PPG on 59% shooting, 6.8 RPG, and 1.2 APG as a starter. Now tonight, he's got 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists in only 14 minutes. Hell, when starting he averages more rebounds than Eddy Curry. Problem is, he's getting very inconsistent playing time. Over his past 5 games, his minutes have been: 2, 5, 31, 20, 5. If Larry Brown would play him 25-30 MPG, we would all see why he was compared to T-Mac when he entered the draft.

Woods' playing time is a testament of how pitifully Brown has been coaching this team. He always produces and is probably our most versatile player. I have no idea why he isn't starting or at least getting consistent minutes, especially after he produces.

Is Isiah Thomas to blame for not properly using the players?

I love my Knick fans..but I'm gonna have to disagree with you.

We're blaming Larry Brown way too much now on the minutes, I watched yesterday's game, guys look not interested in defense, it doesn't really matter if the player scores 15-20, Larry Brown wants his guys to do the little things and the job on defense. Every player on this team has failed.

What Larry is just doing is subing in players and seeing what they're going to execute on defense, and it usually never happends.

Which is why the minutes are ridiculously out of control.

Yes it is Larry Brown's decision, but the players execution isn't good, they don't rotate the ball or set plays up, guys are just looking for themselves.

Isiah has failed the Knicks organization and has assembled a team of indivual players with untradable contracts, unless they become expiring contracts, which will take 4-5 years of pain.
