Chad Ford seems to think we are going to pick him. Any thoughts? I've seen him play here and there, but he's never impressed me. If that's the option, I'd rather trade the pick.

I'm sure you know as well as I do that Chad Ford knows absolutely nothing more than any of us. The Celtics will not be picking Rondo with a high pick, and if we end up toward the end of the lottery, we COULD pick him.

He has high value as he is available and ready to play now, but that's about the only redeeming quality at this stage of his career. At the same time, that is what they're looking for in their pick. Were I Ainge and had a nice high pick and needed someone ready now, send Green back to the D-League for a while and take Roy, he's as ready as anyone.

I should also note that the Orien Greene experiment seems to be up in Boston, oh well.
