    http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2791987Decent player, seems kind of weird to me the Rams would want him after investing a 2nd and a 3rd round pick in the Tight End position in last years draft though. A little soon to be writing off Klopfenstein and Byrd.

    My guess is Byrd will move to FB since Paul Smith is a FA (and signed elsewhere). Unless they truly believe Madison Hedgcock can be a starting FB in the league.
