Texas' bullpen allowed seven runs Saturday.The Rangers have allowed 47 runs in the past four games, with the bullpen responsible for 30 of them.While not all the relievers allowing runs will be counted on this season, the numbers are still a cause for concern."I'm not doing cartwheels," team president Nolan Ryan said.
