The Texas Rangers placed left-handed starting pitcher Derek Holland on the 15-day disabled list with left shoulder fatigue and will move Alexi Ogando from the bullpen to the rotation to take Holland's spot. Right-handed reliever Tanner Scheppers has been called up from Triple-A Round Rock to take Holland's place on the roster and will be available out of the bullpen for Thursday afternoon's game in Oakland.
