Elvis Andrus was swinging for the fences in the eighth inning. The Texas shortstop, though, was thrilled with a soft single that capped one of the best nights of his career. Andrus had a career-high five hits, Mitch Moreland homered and Texas roughed up Anibal Sanchez in the Rangers' 7-2 victory over the Detroit Tigers on Saturday night.
