Agreed, we absolutely should keep playing the kids. At this point that's the right approach. I like that Jones was in last night and Kravtsov was added a few weeks back. And Lafreniere, Miller, Kakko, Chytil etc. have all been in the lineup consistently throughout the season. We'll see if Gorton wants to bring up anymore kids for the last 10 games or so.

Great experience gained this year by the kids.

Exactly. I want to see Barron and Ronning in the lineup tonight. Jones should be in the AHL getting max minutes. Reunanen has earned a long look.

Ronning will get a longer look in the fall but he won't be up in the last few weeks. Barron definately should get a cup of coffee to finish out the year. No point in playing Rooney or Howden now.

Kravtsov needs to swap places with Blackwell. Long overdue. Get him off the 4th line already.

Kravtsov should be getting top 9 minutes at this point. Jones looks ok. Just needs a bit of polishing in AHL.

Quinn is such a moron. Still playing Blackwell on a top line. What a tool.

This is proof that Quinn is not a good coach. Kravtsov proved that he belongs at the least in the top 9. His talent is clear. Why is he playing Blackwell with Panarin? Even if they win all remaining games, they are not making playoffs. Why is Howden still playing? This is a great opportunity to try the kids.

Look, he put LFA with Z and Buch and he had 2 point game. If he puts Kakko or Kravstov on the second line, it will help that player.

Fairly sure he played Kakko on line two for a number of games not long ago.
Id like to see Kravtsov on the Strome Panarin line though.

Here's the bottom line - look at ALL the kids who have been in the lineup this season. Up and down the lineup. Playing important roles. Growing as the season has progressed. One after another. You want to nit-pick yeah but this guy should be on this line instead of that line (and BTW Kravtsov has been used in many situations, including playing with Panarin and Strome against Philly), go for it. What I know is the kids have played a lot of minutes this season, and have gained a lot of experience. That was the goal of the season, and from that POV it's mission accomplished.

Again - really looking forward to next season and beyond. Exciting times coming up.

Just put a bet on the Bruins to win. If that doesn't help the Pens get a win I'm out of ideas.
