They started off well but still end up giving up way too much as the game progressed. They can again thank Hank for the point. The Rangers had their chances including a power play in overtime but are still trying to score with the single shot instead of having somebody look for a rebound in front.
At least they got a point but as usual it feels like theyre at a disadvantage in the SO. I wouldve liked to see Nash out front shooting on the OT pp and Kreider around the net.
I pretty much feel like just turning it off once it gets to the shootout. Partly because I figure a loss and partly because I've grown to really dislike the games ending like that.
The special teams sucked......PP chances were pathetic. They pride themselves on passing instead of shooting. ....and Colorado sits in their NY hotel waiting to play these Rangers tomorrow.
They didn't get enough generated around Halak tonight. I actually thought McIlrath looked pretty good.
They needed to get people in front for second chances. They allowed Halak to easily see too many shots very cleanly.
Was very annoyed with hayes during the ot..there was no urgency at all on that ot pp Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk
To me either Nash should not be in the shootout or he needs a new move. I said before his attempt he will fake forehand and try to tuck it in behind with a backhand. AND he faked forehand and tried to tuck it back in behind with a backhand. It's the only move he has. If I knew that's the move he'd make, I'm sure Halak and the Isles knew. That actually angered me. I was like really dude the same move again...LOL.
Well he wasnt going to skate to the outside circle and take a wrister from the sideboard... Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk
