Brassard makes it 1-0 a minute in.

Nash and Brassard for the always dangerous 2-0 lead.

McDonagh had his head so far up his ass in that first period I thought I was watching Purinton out there. Get a clue dopey.

Kind of feels like we should be up by more than 1 goal, but when you give the Pens 3 PP's in a period they will score. Downer our PP didn't get much going. On an 0-10 streak. Next goal will tell you what type of game this will be.

Nash with his NHL leading 28th goal.

Stepan makes it 4-1 and Fleury is yanked. Emerick the cock calls Ranger goals like it's a funeral.

You have to give him a break. Had a bad shoulder injury at the end of last season and then played through a long grinding playoff run. Then gets hurt again this year. I think we will see a lot better player down the stretch.

McD has not been average this year, pretty sure a + 11 and on pace for close to 40 points over 82 games is not average. BUT no doubt he has not played up to what we expect, and I am sure up to what he expects. You are something else sc...my lord you never have good things to say bro.

Anyway, that is funny Mess as I was thinking the same thing. Doc has zero emotion when the Rangers score. Like his dog died every single time we score. Happy I am not the only ones who notices that.

If you want to say McD has not played up to his high standard, or what we/he expected, I totally agree. But no way has he been average overall.

I wonder though sc, McD has been average in your opinion. We know you hate Girardi. Those guys play against the other teams best players all the time. The clear # 1 pair. How have we won 16 of 19 overall if we hold on today and beat the Sens to go into the AS break Tuesday night. Crazy stuff.

Oh stop sc...at least own up to it. You strongly dislike the way Girardi plays and you know it. That is fine, and totally your right to have that opinion of course. I am not busting your chops, I am just curious how we are playing so well with McD "average" and Girardi not that good. I just don't know how that works. It doesn't add up in my humble opinion.

They are the 1st pair, one of the best 1st pairs in the NHL IMO. Must be doing something right.

Do you think these idiots realize the Pens played Friday night as well. You would think we have played 7 straight days, and the Pens have been off for two weeks the way they are talking.
