Texas Rangers starter Colby Lewis has been placed on the 15-day disabled list with tendinitis in his right forearm. Scott Feldman will start in his spot on Thursday. An MRI confirmed the tendinitis. He was given an injection on Monday and general manager Jon Daniels does not believe the injury is serious.
