Bryan Colangelo is focused on signing former MVP Steve Nash but in the event that Nash chooses another suitor, the Raptors will look to sign Jeremy Lin from New York or Goran Dragic, Nash's former backup. Lin, 23, is seen as a cash cow for the Knicks, whether or not he is ever able to reach the playing heights he briefly achieved in February of this past season. Unless the Knicks find a way to sign another point guard it is likely they will match any offer Lin signs. Dragic, 26, doubled his assist numbers with the Rockets last season filling-in for Kyle Lowry. Houston may let Dragic go if they feel he's a backup option for Lowry and don't want to overpay. The Raptors are also said to be interested in Grant Hill, so long as they are able to sign Steve Nash. Hill, 39, is a friend and former teammate of Nash's, who revitalized his career in Phoenix alongside the Canadian point guard. Hill played in 362/390 games over the past five seasons as a spot up shooter and defensive option for the Suns. The Raptors have also inquired about combo forwards Andrei Kirilenko, 31, and Ersan Ilyasova, 25. Kirilenko, a former NBA All-Star, spent the lockout season with his former club, CSKA Moscow, where he was named the Euroleague MVP. Kirilenko has played his entire NBA career with the Utah Jazz where he has been a standout defensive player. Turkish forward Ersan Ilyasova enjoyed his best season to date with Milwaukee this past year, averaging a career best 13 points and 9 rebounds while shooting 50% from the field and 46% from three point range. Ilyasova has drawn comparisons to Dirk Nowitzky in terms of being a good shooter for his size as well as being a lackluster defender.
