projected starters pg: jack sg: derozan sf: hedo pf: bosh c: bargs rockets pg: aaron brooks sg: ariza sf: battier pf:luis scola c: chuck hayes key reserve: landry, lowry notes: these rockets bring it and they are a lethal three point shooting team. we all know the raps are energy deficient on most nights and cant defend the three point arc to save their nba careers. oh and aaron brooks is one of the quickest guards in the league. also, jack hurt himself slightly in practice, caledron is out indefinitely; expect banks to play more. and the girl...we deserve two because of our troubles so here they are...
sonny weems this your night. notes -why was wright getting all those minutes anyways? -the rocket defense was awesome in the second quarter: they trapped, cut off passing lanes, played exceptional man to man defense and forced turnovers with regularity -raps need to stop making careless passes -the raps are getting a ton of transition points, i suspect it has to do with sonny and pops playing more this afternoon
yeah, ariza really needs to control his emotions. derozan got him clean, it happens. notes -impressive victory considering the raptor shortcoming of stopping speedy guards -the rockets shoot poorly beyond the arc, i dont know if it was our closeout speed or them just having a bad night -something to consider is that the rockets outplayed us in the second half and the early start may have hindered the rockets who were playing on texas time
