<font size=""4"">Raps getting the hang of defensive side of things</font>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"Andrea has been playing very well on the boards these last few games," Bosh said. "I was making fun of him earlier, asking everyone what they had told this guy because he's just been a menace lately." </div>

    <font size=""4"">Matt primed for Raps</font>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"Hopefully they're running a lot of the same plays from last year so I'll know what's coming," Bonner told reporters after the game. That sound you just heard was Raptors head coach Sam Mitchell falling to the floor in a fit of giggles. </div>

    <font size=""4"">Just give the ball to Calderon</font>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">It's called "turning the corner" and the trek may end up in a crash more often than not but it's become Jose Calderon's calling card.

No play in the Raptor arsenal has been as consistently effective as Calderon coming around a screen set out near the top of the three-point line and driving to the basket.

It usually ends with him celebrating a layup by tumbling to the court under the basket, sometimes in wild pratfalls that should be part of his career highlight reel, but that's the price you pay in the NBA these days.

"I don't know," Calderon is quick to answer when asked why the rudimentary basketball play seems to work so often and so well.

"I just try to turn the corner every time and make plays for my teammates but sometimes I don't see the help and I can go to the rim."</div>

    <font size=""4"">Raptors at Spurs</font>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Ho hum, another night, another great one for the Raptor power forward to go against after Jermaine O'Neal and Emeka Okafor. Duncan's not known as The Big Fundamental for nothing; he may not be spectacular but he is a solid as they come. Maybe he and Bosh can trade banked jump shots from the elbow in a shooting contest.</div>

    <font size=""4"">Spurs (38-18) vs. Raptors (31-25)</font>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Spurs beat Toronto 103-94 in teams' first meeting Nov. 5 at Air Canada Centre. Brent Barry made all five of his 3-point attempts in the game. . . The Atlantic Division-leading Raptors have won 12 of their past 15 games after a 93-76 victory in Charlotte on Saturday. . . Jose Calderon, who splits time at point guard with T.J. Ford, leads the NBA with a 3.69-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. . . The Raptors have made 46.4 percent (85 of 183) of their 3-point attempts in February.</div>

    <font size=""4"">Simple Life challenges Bonner</font>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">When the Spurs acquired Bonner and Eric Williams from the Raptors last summer for Rasho Nesterovic, they knew the 6-foot-10 forward was a good 3-point shooter who could help space the floor for Tim Duncan. They have since come to value his offensive rebounding just as much.

"He's a better rebounder than we thought," Popovich said. "He's got more of a post game than we thought. He's more athletic than we thought. And he's even tougher than we thought.

    "We're thrilled with him." </div>
