One of my freinds told me that Rashard Lewis makes his home in Houston and would love to play here. I disagreed and said it would never happen becuase he makes to much money and a player like him could never land in houston. Am i right or him?
Right now, it doesn't seem plausible that we'd even want Lewis. Sure, he's a small forward who can shoot and handle the ball, but he's weak defensively and is a poor rebounder for his 6-10 frame. There are many other players out there who fit the Rockets' needs better than Shard. That said, being from Houston, Lewis might want to retire here and could come back to town in 8 years or so as a specialist. It's just too early right now to rule out the possibility of him becoming a Rocket.

He had the chance to sign with us but felt jaded and signed with Seattle, I think his contract has a few years left on it, also he plays the 3 and so does T-mac.
I wouldn't mind having him on the team. He can knock down the three with consistancy. We could try to trade stro and a draft pick for him because hteir front court is no where to be seen.

Johan Petro, Robert Swift, Chris Wilcox, and Nick Collison..also a guy to back up all four; Mikki Moore. I know that these guys aren't allstars...we do have a solid group. All are young and early in their careers and have shown great signs of improvement. I used to like Stro but he isn't anything spectacular. If Sweet Lew can improve his D...I want him to stay in Seattle then. He showed improvements on the offensive end this past season...and some signs of D. Hopefully he's working on it more in the offseason.
