You'll have a lot of steals, but your shooting percentage will be horrid. Rebounding is also questionable with the majority of your rosters as guards, and it's unlucky that J.O'neal isn't starting the season off healthy. Also, you look like you'll have a problem with scoring, though I could be wrong if some of your players step it up.
FG% looks alright. Shaq's presence will allow a couple of brickthrowers without hampering the FG% too much. I'd be dumping Gordon and Wilcox in a flash and looking at replacing them with vets. If you were to go like for like, i'd look at Mike James to replace Gordon and perhaps a Troy Murphy/Raef LaFrentz for Wilcox.
