here is my 9 person league (number 8th pick) PG Gilbert Arenas SG Michael Redd G Jason William SF Shawn Marion PF Jermarine Oneal F Richard Jefferson C Zydrunas Ilgauskas C Chis Bosh Util Antonio Walker Util Drew Gooden Bench Mark Blount Bench Deesmond Mason Bench Jayes Hayes Bench Darius Miles
The picks look good, but it's difficult to rate a differently drafted league (hard to get a fair comparison.) There aren't any bad picks out of the group though.
Richard Jefferson is gonna be beast this year. Without K-Mart, Rodney Rogers, Lucious Harris, Kerry Kittles, Alonzo Mourning, and Jason Kidd, hes gonna be the only player on the Nets team with scoring ability. In fact, hes gonna be the only player on the Nets with ANY ability. And who knows what will happen when J-Kidd does come back. He could be traded, or maybe he won't be as good anymore. I think Richard Jefferson will average 24ppg, 6rpg, 1.2spg, 4apg, and shoot above 40% this year.
Excellent draft. You definitely need another PG though. I would look to package up Richard Jefferson and Mason/Miles and look for a top 10 PG in return.
The only reason he would want a PG is in case of injury. I would wait on that; as right now I think he's ok as far as PG with Arenas and J-Will. Both have great assist and 3 numbers, which is what I look for in PGs; that's already an average of between 12 and 14 assists per game. Also reinforcing the assists category in a case of an injury is Jefferson; Jefferson is a great passer as he draws people away when he's slashing down the lane, although I don't expect him to repeat his 4.5 a game last season, he'll probably get 3-4 at least, matching the numbers for a mediocre PG. I'd still look to package 2-for-1 though, maybe some combo of your util and bench players for a mid-round pick.
