Buried on this idiotic article about the Ravens maybe getting Marvin Lewis from the Bengals and giving them compensation. Yeah, right. There's actually useful info. I'm hoping Bisciotti wins out. Sparano is going to Miami anyway. Schottenheimer, is a last resort. Just hope they beat out Jones from promoting and extending Garrett though. link <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The early word leaking out of the Ravens complex is team president Dick Cass likes Dallas Cowboys assistant head coach Tony Sparano, Bisciotti likes Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett and Newsome prefers Marty Schottenheimer. All three like Indianapolis Colts assistant coach Jim Caldwell, but no one has him as his No. 1.</div>
Is the thought process that no matter who is hired, the offense will get blown up or is the new coach expected to win with draft mistake Kyle Boller?
I have a feeling they'll "compromise & settle" on Marty. I'd rather see Arizona OC Haley or Vikings DC Frazier as the next phins coach.
Only possible way I see Wade fired is if the Boys lose this weekend or if Sparano takes some of their positional coaches with him to Miami as it's being rumored and Jones just clears the rest of the coaching staff.

It might depend on after hiring the new coach and his evaulation of the team and how they evaluate the QBs in the draft and what not. I don't see Boller with the team after '08. Troy Smith might be given a chance. He did show something, but not nearly enough to know whether he is the future, or not.
