Sorry if I'm a little late but I had to get some homework done sooner or later.

Before the draft, it was safe to say that they were looking for a starting safety, a defensive tackle, a third wide reciever, a nickel back, and players to add to depth.

During the draft, the Ravens selected Haloti Ngata after trading up with the Browns for their 13th pick and a 6th round pick. It was a good thing for both teams but mostly for the Browns because Phil Savage wasn't looking to draft Ngata.

In the second round, the Ravens traded down with the Giants and get a third round pick. The thought of that made me happy, they would go for a safety who would ultimately be next year's starter. Instead, they take Chris Chester, who can play various positions. Either a blocking TE or a center.

Third round, the Ravens selected David Pittman. Again, they totally ignored the safety position even with Ko Simpson still on the board. The only thing I think is bad about him is the ability to go up against tall recievers.

And so on, Demetrius Williams which is one of the best pick besides Ngata. He will definetely be slot reciever and if there is a spot in the starting lineup, he's a starter and P.J Daniels to add depth to RB position. They finally take a safety in the fifth round with Dawan Landry.

    Other players taken were:
Round 5/166 -- Quinn Sypniewski, TE
    Round 6/203 -- Sam Koch, P
Round 6/208 -- Derrick Martin, CB
    Round 7/219 -- Ryan LaCasse, DE/LB

    Biggest steal: Demetrius Williams, WR
    Potential bust: P.J Daniels, RB

    Overall Grade: B+
Not the best draft because they didn't address the safety issue and the fact that they let Chad Williams slip to the 49ers even after the draft.

    Quarterback Situation
The road of McNair's arrival to Baltimore got even shorter as another injured player on the Titan's roster popped up. Now they are seeking another player to replace him so they will have to spend money on another player. And since they are barely under the cap, McNair is likely to be released soon.
