The Baltimore Ravens signed franchised running back Ray Rice to a five-year contract only minutes before Monday's deadline. The deal is worth $40 million and will pay Rice $17 million in the first year and $25 million in the first two years, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
