This is the other guy I think will meet the criteria for the Speedy Claxton type point guard that can change the game on both ends of the floor. Although Raymond is less NBA ready because he is still a Sophmore and improving his game, I'd be equally as happy about drafting this guy later on if we had the opportunity. He doesn't really demand the ball so far this season since they got Rashad Mcants as the primary scorer for North Carolina, but he can score if he has to. He's a good assists guy and is excellent at the line. He's got the dribbling, the playmaking, court vision, passing, the speed, can shoot the 3, and has the ability to dunk the ball (he jumps high) or get high rebounds. He's not quite a complete package just yet, but in one or two years he could be. You might have heard me raving about this guy earlier on this forum, but Felton probably won't enter the draft this year.
