The Rays moved to within two games of Boston in the wild-card race on Sunday with another victory at Fenway Park. The Red Sox, who owned a 1 game lead in the A.L. East through August 31, are the first team to lose at least 13 of their first 17 games during September after beginning that month in first place since the Astros did that in 1996
