He's only 17, but he'll be in the NFL someday. Deion Sanders is his father (was adopted) and has gotten scholarship offers already to Miami, Rutgers, Texas, USC, and everywhere else basically. Only problem...he's only 5'7 right now. Who is he? Noel Devine. Why's he so good? http://www.noeldevine.net/ <Enough said right there.
They made a rule for Florida High School Football that he can only touch the ball 10 times a game because no one can tackle him.

If he enters the NFL, he will be so easy to tackle by pros.
One Word: AMAZING. I could have sworn he was tackeled, once he get's into some of those big piles. how in the world does he come out on his feet? He's got speed, and he looks like he's pretty tough too, somebody who doesn't just depend on getting to the outside, but can break tackels too. Good stuff.
I remember hearing about this kid a LONG time ago, but he looks really amazing. Can't wait to be able to watch him on TV on the weekends and see what he can do.
I can't wait to see this kid play on sunday, maybe when he is done with college and goes to the pros, the giants may get him. That kid is just amazing.
It says the Bandwidth is exceeded oh well I will have to take everyones word for it but if he really can do that then thats just insane man
ive seen this guyamazingi think he was in g 9 then and gr 11 nowi hear his grades are the shits though
I heard he was going to UCF and that he wasnt going to UM, but that was a just a rumor. Yeah that kid is sick, and he has a cool name IMO.
He's little. There was a kid in high school here in Indiana when I played who was the same type of player. He went to Purdue and didn't have a position at the collegiate level. There are a TON of high school players who are godly, and don't make it at the next level. High school and college are two completely different planes. Good luck to him, but I'm not sold.
