My input.

QB - After this season is over we will be seeing a new QB playing at Favres spot. I belive Rodgers will be starting. I would like to see the Packers bring in another backup with Martin. I dont know who they can bring in. Rodgers should start getting some playing if the Packers are winning a game by an enormous amount of points. He can get used to what his players are doing. Dureing the offseason and training camp I belvie each QB should get to know there WRs and Backs very well. Rodgers should be ontop of this more than the others, if hes starting. Farewell Favre.

RB - During the offseason we should bring in another back. We lost Davi, who I think could get to be a lot better RB and Gado got traded for a stupid reason. We need Green to be playing still. So resign him guys. Green needs good Lineman to get down the feild and he also needs Hendo to do some good blocking. Same as his WRs and TEs, they need to block.

FB - What can I say besides Hendo is a good FB for us. Martin is a backup who is getting better at the position every day he plays it. We need him to block. Save the QB and RB's. Hendo is an amazing player. Keep him around.

WR - I like every WR we have. Driver , Jennings , Fergy , Robinson , and Martin. But maybe we can get another WR and release Martin. I dont know how good this guy really is. He has no stats as far as 9-18-06. Robinson should be a KR man because thats what he has done the last game he played as a Packer and only game he played as a Packer.

TE - I think we are okay at TE with Franks and Martin. Nothing to say. They need to all block and catch footballs for us and get us some touchdowns. If Franks can become a good runner and catcher then he can be another bigger threat to the other Ds.

OT - Tauscher and Clifton are two great Tackles that I want to see around next few seasons and forever as a Packer. Block Block Block. Read plays.

OG - I think we should sign atleast one Gaurd to help out the RBs and the QBs. Maybe get a Veteran this offseason. If theres a good Gaurd in the draft maybe drafting him would be good. I dont think a pick would be good.

C - Maybe we can get another C. One that has more experience then the current one. The Bears C would be nice to have or a same style like him. If not Wells has to get alot of practice in blocking. This line is a very young line.

And that is the end of the Offense...Now for the Defense.

DE - Im pretty happy with the DEs this year...Lets keep these guys around. Sacks FF Tackles and INTs from the DEs would be awsome. Tackles for losses will help out alot. Keeping pressure off the CBs and S would be awsome.

DT - We have Pickett but maybe get another good DT at the other side to help out. Make the D-Line even stronger. Maybe a later pick in the Draft? keeping pressure off the secondary same as the DEs would help. Tackles FF Sacks and INTs would be a nice ad-on also.

LB - We have two very good LBs Hawk and Barrent. But if we can get a good not to expensive LB at the other side maybe we can have a very good LB core. INT Tackles Sacks FF from these guys can get the ball for the Offense and get us some points.

CB - Im pretty happy with the CBs. Woodson and Harris have to play smarter and get tackles down. Maybe a later pick in the Draft. Woodson and Harris have to read what everyone is doing on the feild and play toghter with the rest of the D so that the other teams can score. INTs Tackles would be nice from these guys.

S - I like our safteys. They have to work toghter and be smart with the rest of the D and get some good plays. Make some big tackles and INT some footballs.

P.S. If you cant see the Gold HIGHLIGHT it.

I don't think Rogers is gonna be a good fit in just about any NFL team....

I think the Packers have got to get Brady Quinn with their pick whether they get the pick by default or trade thier 2nd pick to the Raiders for the pick![IMG]

Don't you mean Alex Smith couldn't play but he could? Anyways, Favre should play for this year for the memories. After he retires, then it's Rodgers turn to jump into the fire.

Alex Smith can play,IMO considering...
He is 9th in the league in passer rating with a 93.5 passer rating.
He is 8th in the league in yards with 521.
He has the 3rd longest pass play of the season.
He is 14th in touchdown passes.
He has yet to throw an interception unlike Favre who has already thrown three.

He has done all this despite the fact that the Niners are a running team as they are 17th in the league in pass attempts.

2 games and your bragging up Alex Smith. Let's not make him another Joey "the bust" Harrington. I wouldn't call the Cardinals and Rams formal opponents especially on defense. Let's wait and see what Alex Smith can do before we bring up inflated stats 2 weeks into the season.
