    5 years - $25M - $10.5M SB. NOT overpaying, but definitely not underpaying.We're really close to signing Fred Smoot. He's with Fletcher, Leonard Davis, Travis Fisher, and Joe Gibbs at the Wizards game right now. Good sign...

    It is overpaying, although I figured you'd give him even more then that. lolYou just better pray he holds up at least another 3 years. :whistling:

    Overpaying easily. He's a good player but has maybe.. what? 2 good years and maybe 3-4 decent years left?

    Actually no. Fletcher was the tackling champion almost every year of his career.

He also has never missed a game before. This guy is going to add a lot of the veteran leadership we need to have another season like we did in 2005/06.I love this signing.

    Add up his tackles over the past 5-6 years or whatever, and you will see that he has the most tackles in the NFL.
