<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Cavs have yet to play a meaningful game, but veteran TV play-by-play man Michael Reghi says he can already spot one trend that may be conversation fodder throughout the 2005-06 season.

"It's clear that if you don't commit to playing defense for [new Cavs coach] Mike Brown, you may find a seat with your tail on it pretty quickly," Reghi says. "So it's going to be very interesting to see how the Cavs evolve all season long."

Reghi's telecasts will also evolve this year. For the third straight season, Reghi will work with a new analyst on the Cavs' FSN Ohio cable telecasts; this year it's novice commentator Scott Williams, a backup big man on the 2004-05 team.

"It's always challenging when there's a new analyst, because you have to develop a rapport," Reghi says. "But I'm excited because I think Scott's the real deal. [Viewers] are going to love his energy, his knowledge and his enthusiasm."

Reghi will do 40 cable telecasts with Williams, beginning Nov. 2. For an eighth straight season, Reghi will team with analyst Austin Carr on WUAB Channel 43's "free" Cavs broadcasts. They will do 30 telecasts, beginning Nov. 5. </div>
