Bulls having trouble with Boston's zone. If Jimmy gets by the first guy, there are two more to meet him outside the lane.
Moore had a nice game. Showed he can play D and make threes. No Snell at all? Was he yanked near game time and Kirk had to start? Did we miss Jo? Big win against a team that's been trouble for us. Pulled away in Q4.
You know what I figured out about Thibs mixing up the rotations this season? It's only fun when he does it in a way that I like. So Mirotic gets moved to small forward. Initially he struggles but then he goes on a tear, playing a core role in a victory against a championship caliber team . . . and then he gets benched for Tony Snell. So Tony Snell initially struggles but then slowly starts to contribute and work himself into the role, and then he gets benched -- and by benched I mean zero minutes -- for Kirk Hinrich. Kirk Hinrich is still awful. The end. Someone explain this stuff to me. I'm not making the argument that Tony Snell should start. I still don't believe in his game. But if you bench Mirotic for him, and then he starts looking more comfortable in the role, why would you move him? What was Thibodeau expecting from him as starting small forward that he didn't see?
