<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Team president Bryan Colangelo was introduced to Bosh's observant leadership during a November loss at Golden State, when Bosh yelled at Bargnani for ceding three straight offensive rebounds to Andris Biedrins.

"He embarrassed the kid a little bit, because [Bosh] was so angry and frustrated,'' says Colangelo. "But then Chris coming out of the timeout clearly had an interchange with him, and it was somewhat apologetic and also reinforcing that 'I'm trying to help you.' The fact that he would have the sense to go back and smooth it over with the kid is a simple thing, but it's not something that a lot of people would do. You've got to be demanding, but you've also got to be somewhat sensitive when you're a leader. You've got to understand people's positions, their sensitivities and feelings.''</div>

here were some of our reactions at the time:

<div class="quote_poster">Chutney Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I loved it. I thought it was Nowitzki-esque at first. But then they showed him being encouraging afterwards. Leadership at its finest. And to his credit, Bargnani didn't look away or anything. He needed that, though. Andrea was making the exact same mistake play after play. As I said before, Chris shouldn't have stopped there. Sam Mitchell needed some sense knocked into him as well.

Pape Sow was the only player that I thought noticed it. He was watching the whole thing and then went to say something to AB after CB4 was done.</div>

<div class="quote_poster">deception Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">i cant believe nobody mentioned bosh getting in bargnani's face. upon reflection i wonder if it was a token gesture by bosh; bosh should be getting into ford's grill if he cares so much about public displays. ford hasn't pushed the ball up court all season except for the jersey game and he has been the must turnover prone guard thus far in raptor history.</div>

<div class="quote_poster">deception Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">i can't believe u guys are still sidestepping the big event- bosh getting in bargnani' face, i actually thought bosh was going to hit bargnani and the funniest part of it was that the entire raptor team ignored it, except maybe fred jones who had a concerned look.</div>

<div class="quote_poster">a13x Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">It seems like guys have tuned bosh out a little bit ... i dunno, i just see everyone's expression on the bench and no one looking like they are on the same page. Only guys who i would say are constantly bringing the intensity are Calderon & Bosh. If Bosh wants to yell at someone make it TJ or Mitchell for not yanking Bargnani earlier or teachig him how to play D.

Agree 100% on the TJ thing guy is playing like crap he should be the one who gets a lot of the blame.</div>

Bosh Derserved to get in Bargnani's face , Biedrens has just ripped down a handfull of offensive rebounds. Nice to see Bosh come over and pat him (andrea) on the head during the next time out - Bosh looked like a real leader out there tonight. As for Ford he should have yelled at him to, Ford can play well in spurts but he is inconsistent and with Calderon's play of late I am really wondering who should be running the raps offense in the clutch.

That incident was in my opinion the turning point of the season for many reasons.

I think it was a more turning point in his career, after that his game went from being soft to way more aggressive. He also looked for Bosh a lot more and was kind of a wake up call for Bargnani.
