I'm VERY happy that Melo and Howard got in. They both deserved it. However, it's still bullsh** that these guys didn't get in the first time around, especially Melo.

I agree, Melo should have definitely gotten in the first time around but at least, he and Howard are still going to be on the team. It would have been worse if the team didn't need any replacements and they were off the team completely. But they both truly deserve to be on the All Star Team, they are playing amazingly good basketball this season and that's what the All Star Game is about, having the best players play it out on the court.

It would have been interesting to see which one would have got in if neither Yao or Boozer had to miss the game and TP wasn't thrown on the roster because of his woman boycotting the game if he didn't make it.

Good. Those were ther people I would have put in. Tough luck for Zach Randolph. If I had to pick one other Forward from the West to make it, it would be him. But he plays for the low-profile Blazers.....

I figured both Melo and Howard would make it. It was just a matter of time to have their names released. Sorta moot point for Melo to make it. Im excited for Howard. The last time Mavs 2 two guys in the All-Star game was Nash and Dirk. This will be great to get Howards name out there to the public. Also to seem him in red

Darn, I thought this would be the replacement for Tyrus Thomas in the dunk contest. But Melo certainly deserved this all-star selection. Josh Howard too.
