Time waits for no one and it seems unlikely that Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be able to fulfill her duty on the court much longer. I am still pulling for Thomas Hardiman to take her seat on the court, but I am sure the left will demand a less than qualified female activist “judge” take her spot. Anyone have a favorite candidate?
The news is saying she fell and broke 3 ribs, but it's clear what really happened - Kavanaugh was on top of her trying to get her clothes off. barfo
Sandra Day O'Conner announced she has dementia earlier this year. RBG is 85 years old, 3 years younger than SDO.
RBG - Red, Blue, Green With those three colors you can create any other color including gray and white. If you look closely at the lit up picture tube of a Sony Trinitron, you'll see those three colors in groups of three.
Stick a fork in her, approve a replacement, and let SCOTUS enter the 21st Century. Better late than never. Incredible allowances are being made to perpetuate the notion that she's still able to do her job. Now she's being allowed to rule in cases she isn't hearing arguments on, from her deathbed. Just rotting at home and getting notes from someone and then ruling without hearing arguments from either side, denying all parties a fair hearing and rendering the SCOTUS decision useless as it will never survive on the guaranteed appeal from the losing side. If she won't leave, and doesn't die, she'll be forced out soon.
